Post one... (And we're Off!)

So this is it..
Post one.

Today is June 1st and Carmen and I are off!

In Dad's Driveway right before mounting up and taking off

For those of you just joining us, Carmen and I are on a trip that can be explained fairly simply:

Head North until we can't go any farther North.
Turn Around.
Head South until we can't go any farther South.
Turn Around.
Head North until we are home.

Even shorter version:
Head to Deadhorse Alaska, then to Ushuaia Argentina, then home.

Blue lines are Sea or Air routes, the rest is on Two Wheels

There will be some interesting things along the way and many musings on the Americas as we eat, drink, and be merry along three continents and over 35,000 miles.
